Great food and staff. Tried the Jaeger schnitzel and was pleased with the waitress' recommendation. I stopped here with some co-workers based upon some other reviews on TA and Yelp. We were all delighted with our meals, desserts and staff. Betty was fantastic!

We can't get enough. Best German/European food I've ever had. We've returned several times, had the perogies, schnitzel, beef rouladen, goulash, and so many side dishes. Every dessert we tried was incredible- the blueberry lemon curd cake is to die for! Everything was wonderful. The restaurant is quiet, family friendly and priced well. The staff are all welcoming and Mark is delightful. I can't wait for our next Cocoa Beach vacation so we can return!

Amazingly delicious food and a very unique menu! Everything I've had was delicious, especially the brats, pierogies and pretzels.

Would have given this a five but a few things rubbed me wrong. Music for one was way too loud for this tiny cafe. I had always had German potato salad warm and this was served cold. I got to say warm is much better. Waiter was always in a hurry and forgot to bring the bread for the goulash. The rest of the meal was outstanding a true German meal. I had the pork Jaeger Schnitzel and it was topped with mushrooms and fried onions in a light gravy. The spaetzle was just right. At first I did not want to write a review as want this to stay small and unique but for all fairness if you like German food you should try this out. Very yummy. I will be back.

Hey listen up folks- This place is perfect with German food that is as authentic as it gets. I lived in Germany for 5 yrs and can honestly say you're missing out if you don't come here to eat while in Cape Canaveral.

Admittedly I spent the day at the beach so I was tired, thus I waited to give a review. This is a charming, hidden cafe. The minute you walk in you are assailed by delicious aromas. The ambience is homey, old feel cafe. There are wonderful German fare options that are all homemade. We ordered the chicken salad sandwich to go. This is the part where I digress from wonderful. I was told it would be a few minutes as they make it fresh. It was 45 minutes.... I was not offered even a glass of water while waiting. I asked twice more how much longer and was told soon or 5-8 minutes. The inside diners seemed happy, and people that arrived after I were served there hot meals why I waited. I am confused about the priorities of the cook. The chicken salad was fabulous, the rye bread was not fresh; it was served with a very tiny side of German cole slaw which was very good but took only three bites to finish. I would like to return and try the German food. I hope they read this and take note of the long wait and lack of even offered a glass of water. I very obviously looked fresh from a long day at the beach.

Amazing German and Portuguese food. Everything is homemade. Try the potato salad, cole slaw, or red cabbage sides; most likely the best of each that you have ever tasted.

Wonderful family owned restaurant located right on A1A. We had two different ruebens that were both excellent. They even have German beer and everything is reasonably priced. The owner is extremely friendly and interesting. We felt like we were visiting friends vice eating at a restaurant.

Went there with my son, ex husband and his wife. They know the owners. It was the best food I've had in a long time. The salmon was perfect. I've never had spaetzle but it was my fav of the night. I was trying to diet but after seeing the apple tart (not sure the real name), I had to have it! I was bad and didn't share either! I will go her any time I go to Cocoa Beach! Tip: make a reservation!!!!

Great German food in Cocoa Beach. Small spot. Can seat maybe 30 but it's still a hidden gem. Stop by for some homemade mustard or pickles. You won't go wrong.

TLDR: Excellent food and super-freidnly staff. The decor leaves a lot to be desired, but if you want to feel welcome and want some delicious German food, this is the place for you. We highly recommend the sausage platter and Wiener Schnitzel and the cake! SO GOOD! There is the one major drawback....it is next to impossible to leave room for dessert, but it is also one of the most important things you can do. Take half of your generous delicious food home and dedicate yourself to stuffing your bloated gullet with cake and turnovers. We didn't manage to get any strudel, but they had several varieties. When you get home and sink into the depths of your poor self-esteem because your belly sticks out too far, relax and think about the delightful service you received, and the knowledge that these people are on your team. Regardless of your lack of self-control, ability to portion control, or ability to recognize when you have consumed too much sausage and spatzle, this place has your back, rolls and all.

Fantastic find. Don't let the nondescript exterior put you off. Make this one of your regular go-to spots and you won't be disappointed. The food is tremendous and the owner/chef and waitress were extremely pleasant. Our small group started with the pirogies - we just asked for them to throw together an assortment for an appetizer and they were happy to accommodate us. They were delicious. The Jaeger schnitzel was out of this world. Holy cow! Well, pork actually. Hearing the chef pounding the schnitzel was the first clue they weren't taking any shortcuts. The sauerkraut and potato salad sides were given the same level of attention and were prepared wonderfully - the potatoes had a hint of smokiness and was a delight. A huge hit with our group - I will definitely return whenever I am in town. Can't wait.

This was a hidden gem. When first arrived at the location was a little wiry at first. There was no one else there and the entrance looks like your walking into someone's house. Putting that a side the food was amazing!!! The server was really nice but did not seem like she knew much the food or what was going on. I would typically deduct a start for service issues but the food made up for the service. The make their own kraut on site and source out some of their other key items but have done an excellent job in sourcing them. We had a group of four so we sampled nearly everything on the menu and everything I would order again. Look forward to the next visit.

I don't generally go to German restaurants as I am usually disappointed. Growing up in a German family sauerkraut was one of the major food groups and my mom was a great cook. I was pleasantly surprised the sauerkraut was great. I ended up buying a quart to take home. Was surprised with the potato salad as it was served warm, but it worked. The wait staff was very attentive and it was an all around wonderful experience. Like some of the other yelpers mentioned don't let the exterior fool you, the place is worth it.

Oh my yummy !! Where to start ... All their food is freshly made so be sure to not be in a rush.. The Kafe' has a romantic homey feeling like you're at your grandmother's house. From pictures on the wall to buy, to pictures of their own family.. There is a separate room for a larger party which is a great idea ! Family owned and enjoy what they do ! The Kafe' is a European mix of food and of course being Portuguese and having some items on the menu is exciting ! One of my favorites is the farm fresh cheese peroigies. So Delicious and prepared with bacon and onions ! Cod fish cakes (Pasteis de Bacalhao) are out of this world too ! I have never really tried German food, but, the Jagerschnitzel was awesome ! I wish I was a little closer because I would be here more often ! The variety of the menu is great and better than having your chain restaurants that you have all over the place. Something unique to say the least ! I want to thank Euro Kafe' Etcetera for their food and service and to let people know this place is around ! If you're in the area, definitely try it out, you will not be disappointed !

I don't think I could say anything that no one else has already but daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn! Every time I come here it's effing delicious. This place is legit. A really good place to bring a lady friend if yknawmsayin huh fellas? Huh? Huh? . Seriously though it's a small shop and you'll probly miss it it the first time you drive by, don't let that fool you. it won't ever be so crowded that you can't have a nice conversation with whoever you're with and the servers are always very attentive. 10/10 would def recommend!

I had read many great reviews of this place and decided to go try it for myself to see if it really is that good. IT IS!! The food has a "home cooked" feel to it. I felt like I was at someone's house and their grandmother made it for me. I'm also a big eater and their portion was good too. I had the Jaeger Schnitzel this first time and I plan on trying the Wurstteller next time. Nothing against Heidelberg's restaurant in Cocoa Beach, but I will be driving further to get my German food from now on! Give this place a try, you won't regret it!

Great experience! We can't believe we waited so long to try this spot out. The food was top notch and the servers were all very friendly and welcoming. We split a big soft & warm pretzel (yum) for an appetizer. I had a rueben and hubby had a schnitzel. We were both very impressed with the size and quality of our dishes.

Yum. The food is home-made quality. Cozy. If you have dietary issues or need gluten-free, they courteously accommodate! Entrees were delicious.

This place is fantastic! We cannot say enough great things- I can see why they have a 5 star rating. You can tell ALL items are HOMEMADE and made with the love and attention home cooked meals bring. our waitress, Michelle, took great care of us and made sure we were enjoying our food. Their pickles were amazing - I wish we could have purchased some. We had appetizers of perogies and potato pancakes. Both were delicious!! Then my husband had a Reuben but the one with red cabbage (Red Baron). OH. MY. GOSH. YUM!! The flavors of the homemade thousand island dressing made that sandwich! My mom, dad and I all had schnitzels. Mom and I had the regular one and my dad had the mushrooms added. All were fantastic. The sides we tried were the red cabbage, kraut, German potato salad, and spaetzel. None of them disappointed AT ALL. We ended the night with some bread pudding and an apple dumpling a la mode. The bread pudding reminded my dad of his childhood. The night was amazing! Do not let the outside prevent you from this gem!!!

Did not eat lunch, ate from the bakery. German chocolate cake tasted just like cake mix. If I wanted to pay $20 for Betty Crocker, I could have gotten 13 of them for that price. Instead I got two slices of low quality cake and an old piece of eclair cake. Would not recommend.

Ver good German food in a Southern beach town? Who knew! Saw lots of positive Yelps about their Jaeger Schnitzel - and the reviews were dead on. Tender meat, crisp breading, tasty 'shrooms - and excellent German beer. Small but tiny, but if there's a wait, wait! It is indeed that good!

Had potato/onion pierogies and wiener schnitzel. Great food that's authentic, fresh, and cooked fast! Ambiance is welcoming and casual. Owner/chef chatted with us a bit and server was friendly and attentive. Would definitely eat here again!

This is by far my favorite restaurant in the Cape Canaveral. Being raised by a German mother, I consider myself to be well versed in German cuisine. Mark's cooking is as good, if not better than my mother's. spaetzle to die for and generous portions . You will leave pleasantly full and hungering for your next meal there.

Awesome food and the staff was great!!! Some of the best red cabbage I have had since I was in Germany! Yes it is in a small place, but small is best!!

What a tasty little gem of a restaurant in Cape Canaveral! My husband and I went to Euro Kafe for dinner after passing by numerous times on our way through to 528. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but when we went on Sunday there was just one empty table in the little seating area. The interior is eclectic but comfortable, and the menu features German, Portugese and Polish food. Driving by we'd noticed the sign for Peirogies, a delicious Polish dumpling stuffed with mashed potatoes. I used to live in Germany so I was excited to see my favorite breaded pork cutlet with mushroom gravy, Jagerschnitzel, on the menu and I ordered it with a side of spaetzle noodles and coleslaw. I was blown away by how delicious and tasty it was! Did I mention I used to live in Germany? Seriously this was better than most of the Spaetzle and Schnitzel I'd eaten there - you could tell the noodles were homemade, the breading deliciously crispy and the gravy...YUM! totally homemade and delicious. My husband ordered the peirogie special, cooked in bacon and onions, and a reuben sandwich, both of which he devoured and said were "A+" Before going I'd seen a review that said something like "the food was so delicious I couldn't stop eating it and now I have a stomach ache" and I was like "what??? lol" but sure enough, my food was SO good that I cleaned my plate, and even though I was full to bursting, we shared a slice of German chocolate cake with coconut icing that was SO GOOD. It took a little while for the food to come out, but it's a tiny restaurant and they had a pretty full house, including a birthday party going on, so I don't blame them. My only critique is they need to get rid of that one Italian opera CD they were playing - it was skipping like crazy and kind of driving me nuts. The server was busy though with the full house so I didn't want to bug him about it. Anyway, I'd definitely come here again, great place for a delicious comfort food meal, all homemade and super tasty, also the restaurant is cozy and romantic, fun for a date night.

This place is awesome, some of the best food we've had on the Space Coast. Intimate dining. The guys running the place immediately made us feel welcome. Our waiter described some of his favorite dishes. There is a small, but nice selection of beer and wine that compliment the amazing German food. We ordered two different schnitzel plates with a large variety of sides: spaetzle, German potato salad, sauerkraut and red cabbage. Every single item on our plates was outstanding. We will be back.

They claim to have the best German food in town. As far as the schnitzel goes, I have to agree. Like it so much, I haven't ordered anything else. Each and every dish is cooked to order so this is not a quick in and out place. Very quaint with no "airs" about it. For large parties, I'd say 6 or more, they have a wonderful private dining room. Very much like a family dining room. Great if you have friends from out of town, or just a group that wants to get together. Good idea to do something different, even it's just getting a bunch of friends together. A nice way to sample the restaurant is to try lunch. Smaller portions and lower prices. Keep in mind, this is a very popular restaurant and there can be a wait on busy nights, early in the evening. Sure wish they stayed open later. If you're in the mood for German food but don't want to deal with the atmosphere of higher end German restaurants, this is the best choice. If you're simply looking for the best German food, this is the place!!

This restaurant fits all my criteria for a great experience: hole in the wall, super friendly folks, and great food. They have mostly German food with a few Portuguese dishes thrown in. Being a fan of German food, I was craving some delicious grub and I got what I came for. The food was authentic and prepared with care. Will definitely be back.

We are visiting from San Francisco and wish we could convince them to move there. Restaurant opened only 4 months ago. Owners are friendly. There is a private dining room for 6 too if you need that. Great food and wonderful choices.

Nice small restaurant. More like eating at home than a restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They sampled many menu items to us for free which were really good. The food was good and worth coming back.

This place is amazing! We come here every time we are in Cape Canaveral. The service is great and Mark, the chef and co owner is fabulous . Omar, the other owner is great too. He is always around and takes the time to really know his customers and greets them personally. It's like going to dinner at a friend's .house. The food is fantastic. We have been there many times and tried different items on the menu and have never been disappointed! The only time we have been disappointed is when we have come to town and they are closed! Oh, and did I mention the desserts? All made fresh and they really are to die for!!! This is, in my opinion, one of the best restaurants in Cape Canaveral! ( Possibly THE best!!!)

A very nice little German restaurant in Cape Canaveral. We stopped by for lunch after hearing from many friends on how much the enjoyed it. The food was very good, the service was friendly. The atmosphere and dirt parking lot will keep it from being 5 stars, as well as the weak iced tea. A ten buck Reuben is a bit pricey as well. For $10 I want a REALLY stacked sandwich. But it tasted great. It's a great find...an offbeat little place with authentic German fare. Absolutely will eat here again.

Man, did we luck onto this place! Here for Space Coast marathon we sought out a place for dinner. With the BBQ joint we wanted to try closed for Thanksgiving we ended up here...yay! The place is very, very small with maybe just 8 tables. When we arrived we were the only ones so a little leery. However, we were warmly greeted and seated. The menu is simple but has all the basics. I ordered the Schnitzel which was pounded and cooked fresh (I could hear the meat being pounded flat!). It was cooked wonderfully but needed more salt. My entire family enjoyed their meal. The service was some of the best I'd ever received. Our server was very sweet and the owner/chef even came out and chatted. Not in a fancy, high brow way but in the way that makes you feel like family. I think I prefer that, don't you?? Anyway, the slight tack of flavor in the food does not bring this restaurant down to a four star, I think the service more than makes up for any lacking, which was, after all, minor. Desserts were excellent too- we shared a cream pastry dessert than was wonderful. This lovely dinner helped me to have a great race the next morning to boot!

First thing to hit you is the tantalizing aromas as you enter this very small place. With everything made in house, we did not have a single item the was bad. Starting with the potato pancakes with sour cream and applesauce on the side then the Hungarian Goulash and the Paprika Schnitzel for our meals. Both came with two sides for huge portions. Probably the best German restaurant I have eaten at in a very long time. Staff was very friendly, the Chef came out to greet diners as their meals ended. Oh, and don't forget their desserts.

We came tonight for a family dinner with my Husband, his Cousin and Cousin's wife plus their 5yr old son and 2yr old daughter. The dining room was decorated with family pictures covering the walls, a cuckoo clock, curio cabinet filled with beer steins...it was like having dinner at a relatives house. Everything was scrumptious and the owner Mark is super friendly and showed us pictures of his grandbaby. :-) We'll be back, we were pleased with every moment we experienced.

Absolutely wonderful! If you like eclectic, "mom & pop" style restaurants, this is a hidden gem! The food is phenomenal & everything from the pasta noodles to the applesauce is made from scratch! They have a cute little patio which is perfect for outdoor dining. My husband and I ordered 3 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 2 desserts and everything was delicious. The service was wonderful with a family feel. The chef came out & talked German food with us & really brought the menu to life. Definitely going back the next time we're in town!

Almost a year passed and I'm back on a business trip to Miami. on I 95 remembered that only about 10-12 miles east of 95 South was this genuine find for me last year, truly a German Village eatery. And again I truly enjoyed my lunch the Jagger Schnitzel was the BEST.. Nice beer selection. Now about the interior, it's extremely close to something you would find in a German village so I would say they are in style with the food being served. Keep up the good work and great tasting food. BTW I asked to make me have a portion of the schnitzel after eating a full portion and they accommodated my request.
